Who’s responsible for my web content?
For packages: Web site – Start Up, Web site – Standard and Web site – Professional we provide content services, but for all other packages we don’t include content in our agreement. We basically just provide our client with a finished website that contains lorem ipsum content. This works for us because once we are done with the website, the next step is:
– in case you have CMS included in your package we will provide training to the client on how to use it, where to make changes, how to edit slider images, administer users, comment moderation etc… Some clients get so excited when they realize how easy making changes on our Content Management System is that they immediately start writing content.
– you need someone to add the content of the web site instead of you – we can provide such a service so please send a request.
We offer high quality data entry on all the websites that we produce.

The products that will appear under Most Popular Products are chosen by calculating which products have been ordered the most in your store. Cancelled orders, test orders, and refunded orders are not used in these calculations.

Quantity Discount on Orders (for eCommerce only)
This feature will lets you define pricing rules based on products, order totals, roles, and product categories.You may want to apply the following discount policy in your store: if the customer orders more than 5 items of a given product, he/she will pay the price of this order line lowered by 10%. Or you may want a different policy, for example offering a 5% discount if the customer orders more than 10 items of a product and a 10% discount if he/she orders more than 20 items.

Order Manager (Admin Panel) to manage the Order Process and Automatic Status Updates to Customer Order Tracking System
Orders are created when a customer completes the checkout process, and they are visible by Admin and Shop Manager users only in the Admin Panel. Each order is given a unique Order ID. An order also has a Status. Order statuses let you know how far along the order is, starting with Pending and ending with Complete.
Editing/viewing single orders – you can view all order data and also edit and update it.

Within each page, post, category or product there is a field called URL Key. The value of this field is used to build the friendly URL.

Dedicated Sales Coordinator & Project manager
All clients are important for us! Because we believe our management team should be aware of all project we do not assign dedicated project manager or sales coordinator. If you think you will feel better to speak only with one person through the process of delivering to Live! Your project, we can assign one! Some of our Packages have Dedicated Sales Coordinator & Project manager but in case it is missing, it can be added additionally.
